“And Jezebel his wife said unto him, Dost thou now govern the kingdom of Israel? arise, and eat bread, and let thine heart be merry: I will give thee the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.” ‭‭1 Kings‬ ‭21:7‬
Give unto God all the frustrations, all the dissappointments, all the sadness you are feeling. The Lord knows what He is doing.
Do not rely on others for your happiness, only Jesus can give you true Joy.
Lord help me to just focus on what you want. We are only humans, who have limits. But you are limitless, so help me to depend only on you, you are my Joy. Amen.

“And Pilate asked him, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answering said unto him, Thou sayest it.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭15:2‬
Even though many already accussations had been thrown to Jesus, Pilate wanted Jesus to answer and even to defend himself, for he knew it’s because of envy that they brought Jesus to him.
He was marvelled, when Jesus did not defend himself and do nothing but to just accept whatever will happen.
We can see here how Jesus accepted His fate as the Messiah, people were blind to see that because of their sins. When God is silent in our lives that does not mean, He is doing nothing at all, it is for us to realized how sinful we are and how we are in need of a Saviour. Let us instead be marvelled that even in His silence, the outcome will be amazing.
Jesus is the King of kings and the Lord of Lords. He knows what is happening and what will happen. Let us not question His silence.
Thank you Jesus for dying for our sins. And because of what you’ve done, it draws me closer to you each …

Keep watching and praying that you may not come into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Mark 14:38

We all have weaknesses, whether we admit it or not, that is why Jesus is telling us to abide in Him for He will be and is our strength.

There are times in which we want to really serve God but sometimes our physical body becomes weak, we tend to be out of focus because of temptations or fleshly desires. When we acknowledge our weaknesses, that is when we acknowledge God's strength.

We need to be willing, the Lord will enable us but if we only take heed to our own desires, we are saying no to God's help.

Though we know we are weak and imperfect, let us be willing. Let us keep watching and praying, let us say no to our selfish desires and say yes to what God wants us to do.

LORD, you know our weaknesses, but when we are weak, we are strong because of you. We abide in you for we know we cannot do anything to glorify you Holy Name, if we are apart from you. Help us L…
